Norėdami užsiregistruoti ar užregistruoti šokėją, prašome išsispausdinti ir užpildyti registracijos anketos.

• Vaiku ir jauniu grupes: 25-26 child and youth registration form ir 25-26 liability form under 18 yrs old
• Studentu ir suaugusiu grupes: 25-26 student & mature dancer registration form ir 25-26 liability form over 18 yrs old

Užpildytą registracijos anketą ir administracinį mokestį prašome atnešti į pirmąją repeticiją. Čekius rašyti “Gintaras” vardu, arba e-transfer galit siusti gintaras.to@gmail.com. Metinis registracijos mokestis vienam (1) šokėjui yra 200 dol., o kiekvienam papildomam šeimos nariui – 150 dol.

Registraciją reikės įduoti iki spalio 9d 2025m.

Cheques can be made payable to “Gintaras” and brought to practice along with the filled out registration form. E-transfers can also be sent to gintaras.to@gmail.com . The annual registration fee for one (1) dancer is $200, and $150 for each additional family member.
